Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Statutory withdrawal period

Consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium and for services, the period generally begins when the contract is concluded.

A withdrawal request can be submitted through the “Withdraw contract” function or by sending a clear statement to:

It is sufficient to submit the withdrawal before the applicable period expires.

Digital content supplied immediately

For paid digital content, the withdrawal right expires before the end of the fourteen-day period only if all legally required conditions have been fulfilled.

In particular:

• supply must have begun;
• the customer must have expressly consented in advance to supply beginning before the withdrawal period ends;
• the customer must have acknowledged that the withdrawal right will be lost once supply begins; and
• the legally required contract confirmation must have been provided.

Making a file available does not by itself establish that all requirements were fulfilled.

Services started during the withdrawal period

A customer may expressly request that a service begin before the withdrawal period ends.

If the customer withdraws before the service is complete, a proportionate payment may be owed for services already supplied where the statutory requirements are met.

The withdrawal right for the service may expire after full performance where all statutory consent and information requirements were fulfilled.

Mixed packages

MAP IT WITH ME contains digital content and an individual service component. The withdrawal rules may apply differently to each component.

Immediate workbook access does not by itself establish that the requirements for the service component were also fulfilled.

Consequences of withdrawal

Where a valid withdrawal applies, payments that must legally be reimbursed will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal request.

Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will be made using the original payment method.

After withdrawing from digital content, the customer must stop using it and must not share it with third parties.

No voluntary money-back guarantee

Unless expressly stated on a product page, SHE MADE THE MAP. does not provide a voluntary money-back, satisfaction or results guarantee.

No refund is offered solely because a customer:

• changed their mind after a withdrawal right validly expired or was lost;
• did not download or complete the product;
• lacked time to use it; or
• did not achieve a particular business result.

This does not affect statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for defective or non-conforming digital products or other mandatory rights.
