Digital Delivery Policy

Products sold by SHE MADE THE MAP. are delivered electronically unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

No physical product is shipped and no physical return shipment is required for digital-only purchases.

After successful payment, download access is normally provided through the Shopify thank-you or order-status page and/or by email through Shopify Digital Products.

Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and retaining their order confirmation.

If access does not arrive:

  1. check the spam or junk folder;
  2. confirm that payment completed successfully; and
  3. email hello@shemadethemap.com with the order number and purchasing email address.

SHE MADE THE MAP. may reasonably verify the order before reissuing access.

The MAP IT WITH ME workbook is supplied electronically. Its individual service component is arranged separately after purchase.

Download links and files are intended only for the purchaser and must not be forwarded, shared, resold or published.

Statutory rights for non-delivery or non-conforming digital products remain unaffected.
