Digital Product Licence

All SHE MADE THE MAP. workbooks, prompts, templates, checklists, trackers, scripts, copy, layouts, graphics and supplied materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

Purchase does not transfer ownership of these materials.

Permitted use

The purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the purchased materials for their own personal or internal business project.

The purchaser may:

  • complete and annotate the workbook;
  • use its questions, methods and prompts to develop their own original product;
  • use included AI prompts for their own project; and
  • retain reasonable personal backup copies.

Customer-created work

Customers retain ownership of their own original answers, ideas, brand materials and original product outputs.

SHE MADE THE MAP. does not acquire ownership of a customer’s business or original product because the customer used the workbook or service.

Prohibited uses

Without prior written permission, customers must not:

  • share download links, login details or files;
  • reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense or give away the materials;
  • offer the materials with private-label or master-resale rights;
  • translate or adapt the materials for redistribution;
  • create a competing workbook, course, membership, template pack, coaching resource or prompt library;
  • provide the materials to a group, client cohort or team;
  • remove copyright or brand notices;
  • upload the complete product or substantial parts to a public repository, shared database or public AI training dataset; or
  • present the materials as their own work.

The licence may be terminated after a material breach. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
