Products

Products may include:

• PICK IT. BUILD IT. LAUNCH IT., an interactive digital workbook supplied electronically; and
• MAP IT WITH ME, consisting of digital workbook access and the individual service components described on the product page, including review of a selected worksheet, a 60-minute clarity session, a one-page Product Map and one follow-up question within seven days after the session.

The description, price and contents shown on the product page and at checkout when the order is submitted form part of the contract.

No physical product is supplied unless expressly stated otherwise.

Contract formation

Product displays are an invitation to place an order. Customers can review and correct their information before submitting the order.

By activating the final checkout button indicating an obligation to pay, the customer submits a binding order. The contract is formed when the order is accepted, the digital content is provided or an order confirmation accepting the purchase is sent, whichever occurs first.

The contract language is English.

Prices and payments

The total price, currency and applicable taxes are displayed before the order is submitted.

Available payment methods may include cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Additional terms of the selected payment provider may apply.

Digital delivery

Digital content is normally made available after successful payment through the Shopify thank-you or order-status page and/or by email.

Customers must provide a valid email address. If access does not arrive, customers should check their spam folder and contact hello@shemadethemap.com with their order number.

MAP IT WITH ME

After purchase, the session will be arranged through the available communication or scheduling method.

The customer must provide the selected worksheet and information reasonably necessary to prepare the review.

The service provides educational and strategic support. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice.

No particular revenue, launch result, audience growth or business outcome is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The purchased materials remain protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

The customer receives only the limited usage rights described in the Digital Product Licence.

Customers retain ownership of their own original answers, ideas, business materials and original product outputs.

Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights as explained in the Withdrawal & Refund Policy.

Unless expressly stated on a product page, SHE MADE THE MAP. does not offer a voluntary money-back, satisfaction or results guarantee.

A refund is not owed merely because a customer changes their mind after the statutory withdrawal right has validly expired or been lost, did not use the product, lacked time to complete it or did not achieve a hoped-for result.

This does not affect statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for defective or non-conforming digital products, warranty rights or other mandatory consumer rights.

Conformity and technical issues

SHE MADE THE MAP. is responsible for providing digital products that meet applicable statutory conformity requirements.

If a file is defective, inaccessible or materially different from the agreed description, the customer should contact hello@shemadethemap.com with the order number and a description of the problem.

Prohibited use

Customers must not share, redistribute, resell, publish, sublicense or make the purchased files available to third parties.

Customers must not present the materials as their own or use them to create a competing workbook, course, template pack or resource.

The Digital Product Licence contains the complete usage rules.

Liability

Liability remains unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulently concealed defects and liability that cannot legally be excluded.

For simple negligence, liability applies only where an essential contractual obligation has been breached and is limited to the loss that was foreseeable and typical when the contract was concluded.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory legal protections of the country in which they habitually reside.

Consumer dispute resolution

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, SHE MADE THE MAP. is neither willing nor obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
